The installation traveled through the constructs of Home -lost homes or homelands…
An old-style traditional door lock was fixed on the wall with a chiseled line running in between, suggesting the existence of a door with us being locked from inside.
It propelled an ambiguous and illusionary provocation to open this imperishable door in order to reach the unknown, unseen world on the other side. It also bore a self-imposed exile from the workings of the outside world- a way of locking oneself and creating a route to go far-faraway.
