A noise-canceling headphone as an object and a hand-written poem was altered into a destination of silence (that does not truly exist but it seduces us into searching for it).
Asking the audience to shut off their hearing senses, placed them in a transient vacuum away from the noise filled gallery space.
Instruction: silence PIECE
All silences are not equal
Let weakness rule your life
Turn it off
Skip n jump
Hurting no living thing
BE VERY serious
Respect the headphone as an OBJECT,
It won’t promise u only SILENCE
But arouse u.
(Come to bed,)
Inhale and seduce;
It’s only a thousand meters long
horizontal silence……………………………
