No thing 2011
A refused and never actualised proposal for an empty room occupied by NO THING {the (un)collectibles} for a private collector's museum.
Since 2011, this unactualized proposal became a prime work of my journey by revisiting and sharing this touching experience again and again without having its provenance or any exhibition history or existence.
The idea of home becomes the site where no-thing is actualized, (un)manifested through an assuming re-arrangement of space, things, and perceptions...
All existing things exist in comparison to no-thing.
No thing is self-defined and it defines everything else.
